1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Roundtable IAS website (roundtableias.com) and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. About Roundtable IAS

Roundtable IAS is a UPSC Civil Services coaching academy founded by Rohan Dange, based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We provide educational courses, study materials, mentorship programmes, and related content for UPSC aspirants.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our services. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are enrolling on behalf of another individual, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

4. Enrolment & Payment

  • Enrolment in any course is subject to availability and confirmation from Roundtable IAS.
  • Course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed instalment plan before access is granted.
  • All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Roundtable IAS does not store credit/debit card details.
  • Fee structures are subject to change. The fee applicable at the time of enrolment will be honoured.

5. Refund Policy

  • A full refund may be requested within 7 days of enrolment, provided no more than 10% of the course content has been accessed.
  • After the 7-day window, fees are non-refundable. Partial refunds or credits toward other programmes may be considered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refund requests should be sent to info@theroundtableias.com with your enrolment details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, study notes, video lectures, and software — is the intellectual property of Roundtable IAS or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.
  • Downloadable study materials provided for free are for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
  • Previous Year Question Papers sourced from UPSC are in the public domain and are provided for convenience.

7. User Conduct

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute course materials or login credentials
  • Record, screen-capture, or download live or recorded sessions without permission
  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users, faculty, or staff

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

8. Course Content & Availability

  • We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course, study material, or feature at any time without prior notice.
  • While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or up to date. Course materials are supplementary and should be used alongside standard UPSC preparation resources.
  • Batch schedules, faculty assignments, and class timings are subject to change. Enrolled students will be informed of any significant changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Roundtable IAS provides educational guidance and preparation support. We do not guarantee selection in any civil services examination. Your success depends on your own effort, aptitude, and preparation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roundtable IAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services (e.g., UPSC official portal, YouTube, social media). These are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
