Interview Guidance

The Personality Test is not a knowledge exam — it is a conversation about who you are. Our programme prepares you to present your best, most authentic self before the UPSC board with clarity and composure.

Course Overview

The UPSC Personality Test carries 275 marks and is the final frontier between years of preparation and a rank on the merit list. Unlike written exams, the interview rewards authenticity, clarity of thought, and the ability to think on your feet. Our Interview Guidance programme, anchored by Rohan Dange and supported by a panel of former civil servants and domain experts, prepares candidates through a rigorous process: DAF (Detailed Application Form) deconstruction, domain-specific grilling, current affairs cross-examination, and simulated board interviews. The goal is not to manufacture rehearsed answers but to develop the poise and intellectual agility that boards reward.

What You'll Learn

A structured syllabus covering every dimension UPSC tests in this domain.

Our Teaching Methodology

The programme begins with an exhaustive DAF analysis session where Rohan Dange personally reviews each candidate's form, identifying every possible question vector. This is followed by domain-specific preparation modules, current affairs bootcamps tailored to the interview window, and a series of 8-10 full-length mock interviews conducted by panels replicating UPSC board composition — a chairperson and four members drawn from civil services, academia, military, and the private sector. Each mock is recorded, and candidates receive oral and written feedback. Improvement between mocks is tracked systematically.
